  • Webinar Parenting Protection and Work-Life Balance

    On April 29, the Commission for Equality in Labour and Employment (CITE), as partner of the project “Parents@Work”, financed by the Rights, Equality and Citizenship Programme of the European Union (2014-2020), held the Webinar Parenting Protection and Work-Life Balance.
    At this Webinar, the Project's products were presented, as well as some companies’ good practices. It was also addressed the importance of protection in parenting and the promotion of work-life balance as essential conditions for effective equality between women and men in the labour market.
