Project Objectives
- Exchange and dissemination of good practices that promote parenthood and work-life balance.
- Inform employers, as well as male and female workers with family responsibilities, about their rights and obligations in order to prevent labour discrimination.
- Inform and train labour inspectors on the legal protection of pregnant workers and parents in the workplace.
