Project Activities
To implement the project, and in addition to the management and coordination and the dissemination activities of the project and its outputs, a set of activities was defined, aggregated around the two objectives of the project, namely:
- Identification and analysis of the public policies and legal instruments in the framework of the Agenda for Equality in the Labour Market and Business and assess gaps in existing indicators.
- Develop an IT platform to monitor implementation of public policies and compliance with legal instruments in the framework of the Agenda for Equality in the Labour Market and Business.
- Mutual learning session on the monitoring of implementation of public policies on gender equality in the labour market – Experiences from Norway, Iceland and Portugal.
- Produce a fact sheet on monitoring public policies and indicators.
- Produce a leaflet with statistical information on gender equality in the labour market
- Workshop on the public policies on gender equality in the labour market, in Norway, Portugal and Iceland.
- Launch of the IT platform to monitor implementation of public policies and compliance with legal instruments in the framework of the Agenda for Equality in the Labour Market and Business.
- Workshops on the Iceland Equal Pay Standard – Iceland and Lisbon
- Analysis of the transferability potential of the Iceland Equal Pay Standard to the Portuguese context.
- Prepare the Portuguese Standard “Equal Pay for Women and Men Management System”.
- Publication of the Portuguese Standard “Equal Pay for Women and Men Management System”.
- Produce a fact sheet on the Portuguese Standard “Equal Pay for Women and Men management System”.
- Dissemination of the Portuguese Standard “Equal Pay for Women and Men Management System” (four actions, 1 in each of the following regions: North, Centre, Lisbon, and South).
- Training on the Portuguese Standard “Equal Pay for Women and Men Management System” (two actions).
- Final Conference.
