Constitution of the Technical Committee CT 216 for Equal Pay between Women and Men
The work on drafting the Portuguese Standard Equal Pay Management System for Women and Men began in September 2020 with the constitution of the Technical Committee for Standardization CT 216 - Technical Committee for Equal Pay for Women and Men with 28 members, including representatives of the social partners, the public administration, the academia and certifying entities, as well as experts.

- Legislation and applicable law in the area of equal pay;
- Methodology for determining and measuring the value of jobs and instruments to support their implementation;
- Analysis of the Icelandic Standard to verify and select what applies to the national context;
- Certification requirements and standard management system methodology.
